As an executive leadership coaching strategist, Tania launched I Flourish Leadership, LLC (IFL), which partners with corporate leaders to rebuild organizations from the inside out. Tania is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) both on the national and local level, the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR), Jack & Jill of America and the National Association for Professional Women (NAPW). Tania also enjoys mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals, where she shares her knowledge and passion for HR. Tania resides in the South Suburbs of Chicago and is married with one daughter.
