Tania White

Tania White is an Executive Leadership Strategist, innovator, and servant leader. With more than 20 years of human resources experience, she is one of the country's most highly sought executive leaders. 

 

The landscape of her career includes a wide range of corporate leadership roles that showcase her in-depth expertise in the human resource industry. Tania's expertise includes Organizational Change Management, Talent Acquisition, and Retention, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Compliance, Policy Implementation, Corporate Culture Initiatives, Healthcare Accreditation Prep, and union, non-union, and service contract (SCA) employees are among some of the complex issues Tania manages to bring structure and stability to organizations. 

 

As a strategist, Tania offers an emergent perspective to organizations in the private and public sectors, including healthcare, social service, retail, brokerage insurance, food service, senior living, and non-profit. As an executive leadership coaching strategist, Tania launched I Flourish Leadership, LLC (IFL), which partners with corporate leaders to rebuild organizations from the inside out. Her plan includes helping them perform at their peak by understanding and implementing the top qualities of highly effective leadership while simultaneously providing employee training and development programs throughout the organization. Her overall plan has helped organizations improve profit margins, employee satisfaction scores, and overall productivity. In addition, Tania has been identified as a "game changer" in the healthcare industry because of her ability to prepare healthcare organizations throughout their accreditation process successfully. 

 

In 2021, Tania was recognized as an acclaimed HR leader by Who's Who Women of Influence & Who's Who in America. She is on the governing board member of Chicago Debates and an advisory board member of AeroStar Aviation. Tania is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) both on the national and local level, the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR), Jack & Jill of America and the National Association for Professional Women (NAPW). Tania also enjoys mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals, where she shares her knowledge and passion for HR. Tania resides in the South Suburbs of Chicago and is married with one daughter.
